These Website & Platform Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fit Happens Hub website located at www.fithappenshub.com, the Fit Happens Hub page on the Momence platform, related mobile applications, booking systems, communications, content, and services (collectively, the "Platforms").
By accessing or using any of the Platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platforms.

The Fit Happens Hub website located at www.fithappenshub.com, the Fit Happens Hub page on the Momence platform, and any related digital services, content, applications, booking tools, forms, and communications are owned and operated by Fit Happens Hub, LLC ("Fit Happens Hub," "we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using our website, Momence page, mobile applications, booking tools, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any applicable membership agreements, waivers, studio policies, and privacy policies.

7. Momence Platform
Fit Happens Hub utilizes Momence as its membership management, scheduling, booking, payment processing, waiver management, and communication platform.
When using Momence to purchase memberships, reserve classes, sign waivers, join waitlists, make payments, or communicate with the Studio, you may also be subject to Momence's own terms of service and privacy policies.
Fit Happens Hub is not responsible for the operation, availability, security, functionality, or policies of the Momence platform. Any issues relating specifically to the Momence platform may be governed by Momence's applicable terms and policies.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platforms are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Fit Happens Hub makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
