  • Our 45-minute cardio boxing classes are designed to build your strength, endurance, conditioning, and help burn calories in a high-energy environment that will keep your heart pumping from start to finish! Our boxing classes include: 

    ​- Boxing-inspired cardio

    ​- Metabolic conditioning

    ​- High-intensity interval training (HIIT)

    ​- Strength-based circuit training

  • Our circuit-training classes deliver full-body workouts that combine strength and endurance training, cardio, and functional fitness. These classes offer unique rotational workout stations that will help you gear up for success! Our exciting and energetic circuit-training classes are perfect to keep you challenged, and your heart rate elevated. 

    These are perfect classes to take regardless of your fitness level. Each session can be modified to fit your needs in a supportive, motivating environment. Our highly trained, expert trainers are here to help you get to the fitness level you want!

  • Our trademark GROOV3 sessions are where fitness meets movement, music, and energy! Designed for all fitness levels, our GROOV3 classes allow you to let loose and have fun with easy-to-follow dance moves. Besides having high-energy and dance-inspired fun, our GROOV3 classes provide dance-inspired cardio while helping you improve coordination and overall strength. 

  • Step into fitness with confidence! Intro to Step is a fun, beginner-friendly class designed to teach the fundamentals of step aerobics while improving cardiovascular endurance, coordination, and overall fitness.

    You'll learn basic step patterns and movements in a supportive, easy-to-follow environment while enjoying an energizing workout that gets your heart pumping. Whether you're brand new to step or looking to refresh your skills, this class helps build confidence, rhythm, and endurance at your own pace.

  • Our Vin and Vinyasa yoga classes are designed for all experience levels! Our yoga classes combine effective exercises to help improve your balance, flexibility, mobility, recovery, and help you attain mental reset.
