Welcome to Fit Happens Hub. These Website & Platform Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fit Happens Hub website located at www.fithappenshub.com, the Fit Happens Hub mobile app, the Fit Happens Hub Member Portal, and any related online services, communications, content, features, functionality and related digital services provided by Fit Happens Hub, LLC (collectively, the "Platforms").

By accessing or using our website, member portal, mobile app, online booking services, or other related digital services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any applicable membership agreements, waivers, studio policies, and privacy policies.

This includes ClubReady, which powers the Fit Happens Hub mobile app and Member Portal used for membership management, class scheduling, online booking, payment processing, electronic waivers, waitlists, and member communications.
Your use of any third-party services or platforms, including ClubReady, may also be subject to the applicable provider's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other governing policies.
While Fit Happens Hub manages its memberships, programming, and studio operations, we do not control and are not responsible for the operation, availability, security, functionality, content, or policies of any third-party websites, applications, platforms, or services. Any issues relating specifically to third-party services, including the ClubReady platform, may be governed by the applicable provider's terms and policies.
